1. About 5Twenty8 Fingerboards
5Twenty8 Fingerboards is an independent fingerboard brand offering handmade and/or individually produced fingerboard decks, accessories, and related products.
Because many of our products are made or finished by hand, slight variations in color, grain, shape, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
2. Products and Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and other information on our website are accurate.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Natural wood products may also vary in grain, color, and appearance.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged for an item will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected where required by law.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be shipped.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return.
Items must generally be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Because some 5Twenty8 products may be handmade, customized, or produced in limited quantities, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any applicable exclusions will be identified in the product listing or communicated before purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Handmade and Small-Batch Products
Some 5Twenty8 products are handmade or produced in small batches.
Small differences between products are expected and may include variations in wood grain, veneer appearance, graphics, shaping, sanding, finish, and other characteristics.
These variations are part of the character of individually produced products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
9. Product Use and Safety
5Twenty8 Fingerboards are intended for recreational fingerboarding use.
Some products may contain small parts that can present a choking hazard. Keep products and small components away from young children and pets.
Use products responsibly and inspect them before use. Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe.
5Twenty8 Fingerboards is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other harm resulting from improper use, modification, misuse, or failure to follow reasonable safety precautions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 5Twenty8 Fingerboards website, including logos, brand names, graphics, illustrations, photographs, product designs, written content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to 5Twenty8 Fingerboards unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. User-Submitted Content
