Return & Refund Policy

At 5Twenty8 Fingerboards, every deck is handcrafted and individually inspected before it ships. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations are normal and make every deck unique.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered
• Normal wear from use
• Minor cosmetic variations that are part of the handmade process

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Refunds

All sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

If we determine the item is defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
